I was in a panic. My bedroom AC gave out in the middle of the night. It s next to impossible for me to sleep soundly without it. I signed in early this morning to see if there was anyone who could replace the AC with a new one today. I received a call back from Steve from Hopkins Home management within 30 minutes. He was polite and helpful on the phone and was very reassuring that he could help me. He made sure I was getting the right AC and even went to City Mill to pick it up. He was ON TIME and brought along Cliff as his assistant. He assessed the situation and they immediately got started getting the old one out. Since it was a different size they quickly determined the best way to efficiently solve the issue. Both were very pleasant and worked well together. I was so impressed with their professional and friendly can-do attitude. It looked good when it was finished and they made sure it worked properly. They cleaned up as the went and even took away the old AC. True Aloha spirit with excellent handyman skills. Stephen Hopkins, who manages the projects, hired competent pleasant people who did excellent work. The project was to reinstall 8 bi-fold doors which had been removed from closets to facilitate the installation of a new floor (which had happened earlier). They also installed new passage doors to replaced failing older ones. All of the doors required trimming and the hall doors required hinge mortises and holes for the new door hardware. They did an excellent job and left the house and work area in the carport meticulously clean. I will use them again.

Before accepting our job he researched what it would entail. it was a challenge that he and Daniel handled with professionalism and intelligence.
